New India Assurance — Improper working schedule of branch

Sir,
The new india assurance.co. Ltd portal office at mukkam, kozhikode is not working on proper schedule. Usual working hour starts at 10 am but here it's depends on the workers decision. Its not happening first time many customers facing same issues. So please make any step to solve the issue. Otherwise we are force to change the company.

I am requesting for issue of duplicate copy of the policy bond so that I may get print out of that one. Kindly do send the copy immediately and do oblige.
Please provide my renewal health insurance policy written document.Policy No.[protected]. Dated 4/5/2017.I renewed this policy through online. I didn't get any written document yet please provide as much as possible.
