New India Assurance — Insurance claim overcharged and harassed customer

Hi,

When i bought car in 2014 dec and the dealership insured our car from your company under a debt cap policy.
After a year when we renewed our policy again to debt cap then they said we have to pay 18002 rupees as a premium.
We paid 18002 and then when around aug-sept 2016 we took a claim then you guys said that the insurance is not a debt cap so we have to pay 8000 for repair of a vehicle. And now there is again a time to renew the insurance and the guy from dealership who is dealing with insurance said that your old insurance was a debt cap. Because the premium which we paid was according to a debt cap.

We was harassed by the dealership and your employees when we took last claim and they were keep saying that our insurance is not a debt cap but now they are saying that yes the insurance was a debt cap.

Make/model : hyundai i20 asta 2014 december 14th.

Now when i called the insurance guy and i said i want debt cap as last time they did something else and then after verifying the policy he said that your old insurance is also a debt cap. I dont know who is the one who did this mistake. Because dealership said we charged for debt cap but the insurance guy forgot to write the debt cap on your cover letter so you can not claim this as a debt cap which is a ridiculous and very sad.

Otherwise i know can't do anything but i can only change the company and will never suggest your company to anybody else because of this fraud or whatever you guys can name it.
