New India Assurance — insurance money approved but not transferred.

I bought my mobile on 14/07/2016. I lost my mobile on 26/11/2016. Fortunately and unfortunately both it was insured with quick heal mobile insurance. Fir no: cd-dbg-000279 was registered on the same date of loss. All the documents and formalities were fulfilled that we were supposed to. On 26th december 2016, we were happy that our payment of 10500/- was approved. But for the last 10 month we are waiting for our payment to be transferred to our account. Despite of many calls, its not transferred yet. Each and every time they say it will be processed within a week. I am attaching the approved insurance amount mail with the complaint. My claim reference number is [protected]. Now i don't just want 10, 500 from them, in fact i want penalty and compensation from their side..
