My claim no is [protected]. I had taken the insurance from aarvi insurance. I have submitted all documents and the claim has been approved after a struggle of 8-9 months. However the payment is still pending. I was told the payt will be credited within 15-21 days. When contacted after 2 months they escalated the matter, but still no progress. Pls advise.
Hoping for a speedy resolution.
