New India Assurance — last three year policy submitted

I have put the medicliam in m. D india tpa last month's. I have give u last three year policy but my claim is not paid now. My policy no is[protected]. I have submitted all query regarding my claim. So please give me a my claim amount. Thank you
1. My policy start at before 5to6 year and change the branch yearly. So query rise to my claim. Thay r says please give me a counties coverag. So i have given the all policy.14-15, 15'16, 16, -17, 17-18.
