New India Assurance — mobile claim

Dear concern

I would like to bring in your kind notice that i (Manzar athar) had taken a mobile insurance policy from gizmo which is your third party authorised seller.

My claim is already approved and i get a message that within 7 to 9 working days i will get the claim reimbursement.

Already 12 working days had passed on but still i didn't get the claim reimbursement.

I had mailed also to your concern department but didn't even get a reply
