I lost my mobile phone on 23 january 2017 than i ask for my claim form company that has been initiated successfully on 25 january 2017 than it has been approved on 7 february 2017 after approval of case company promised us to gave our cheque within 3 months but now company is not giving any reply. To resolve this i would like you to give my claim.
