New India Assurance — my newly bought policy has not been updated in rto

Address: Karunashree layout , Medahalli , bangalore, Bangalore, Karnataka

I bought new policy no.[protected] on 8/11/2019 but while checking in rto, it is not displaying in rto site. Because of that i am not able to apply noc from pune to bangalore.

I called more than 10 times to customer care, sent mail to differenent people for nia company but in vain.

Only because of this i am facing lots of troubles.
