Sir, i have taken insurance policy for my grand i10 from shakhun hyundai motors bharatpur.in july my car windscreen broke down. So i go to workshop. They said that they have send my file to delhi office and they will work according to the orders from there. But i don't have any information about my whereabouts of my claim file. So pls take some serious action about it. I am hoping for a positive response soon.
