I have bought a car insurance from new india assurance with policy number -[protected] and has put a claim on 18th march, 2018 on new india assurance mobile app with claim number -[protected] with loss date of 16th march 2018.
It has been 3 days and they have yet not deputed a surveyor. Request you to please help.
