Dear Sir / Madam,
I write this letter to make complaint against New India Mediassist India TPA.
I have submitted health claim no. 23078513 on Dt- 26-Oct-2020 for Rs.37648.83p.In that claim new India Mediassist TPA denial the claim due to hospital discount on final bill. As per Mediassist India TPA the discount amount which is given in final bill is much more higher as compared to bill amount paid.
So, in this matter I says that it's a hospital pattern with Pawan Dham (where i was admitted for treatment). So in this what can I do if APEX HOSPITAL CHARGES 3000/- PER DAY TO EVERY PATIENTS ADMITTED INTO PAWANDHAM COVID CENTRE? Then also I have given hospital explanation letter in writing, and all relevant letters when ever ask by Mediassist TPA from time to time all copies of correspondence is attach . But till today my claim is pending as it is, and no reply from mediassist TPA side.
I request you to kindly look in to the matter and convey Mediassist India TPA to settle my Claim with interest and compensate me for harassment and mental torture.
