New India Assurance — non receiving of policy hard copy or soft copy till date since date of proposal (27.11.2017)

Date of proposal is 27.11.2017 for maruti car insurance wef 18.01.2018 through maruti insurance broking pvt ltd sub agent premium car world. Since 18.01.2018 till date i have not yet received soft or hard copy of the said policy as a result of which i have been suffering from mental & physical tension, agony and harrasement as well as defamation on road as a doctor of state govt hospital. I, therefore, pray before your good self suitable compensation for my sufferings stated herein above as well as stern punishment of the personnel responsible for my sufferings. Dear sir, lhave taken care policy from Ashok Nagar micro office located at 7th Avenue on 27 th February 2018. I misplaced or lost policy I approached the office without policy number there is no way to get the policy replied by incharge in person. So please appoint responsible person who is kind and good approachable person
