New India Assurance — Non reimbursement of Mediclaim charges cashless.

I filed a cashless claim and pre and post hospitalization charges, New India Assurance co Ltd. Their TPA, Raksha, and New India Assurance do not even reply to my emails leave aside reimbursement.

How can they do this after collecting premiums . I pay n don't get any service.
