We have submitted our claim with new india assurance, bhawartaal garden brance, jabalpur for the claim settlement on[protected] for vehicle tata indigo, as per discussion with bm of bhawartaal garden br they have despatched the report to shahdol br (My service br.) on[protected], whereas as per the bm of shahdol branch they don't have received the file yet. Further your officers are not at all supporting with my claim as your jabalpur br bm is saying not to expect anything from me other than dispatch date as they are not the service branch and as per shahdol bm they can't do anything until unless they receive the claim file.
