New India Assurance — Non-settlement of full claims

I received a payment of Rs. 31017 towards settlement of Claim No.[protected] under Policy No.[protected] for Vehicle No.WB12BG5252. However, my total bill amount was Rs.57556.

The policy is the first year policy and it cover full body. My claim is for accidental damage and there was no other work done on my car.

I already approached the the New India Assurance Company and the Mahindra Supreme Motors but in vain. It is almost 3 months that they are not resolving my case.

So I request you to help me out as soon as possible.
