I have submitted my claim two months ago but it was rejected with improper reason. I have called customer care but they put my call on-hold and taking it back. As per their instruction, submitted new claim as well.
I have sent all original bills through courier service but they keep my claim in open status. I don't know whether they are trying all possible way to reject my claim as claim amount more than 2L. I never see such worst company/service who tries to neglect a valid claim request.
I highly recommend others NOT to choose 'New India Assurance' to buy your medical insurance. Was this information helpful? |
