New India Assurance — not satisfied with the claim amount

I have claimed for the amount of rs. 95, 000 with all the original papers / receipts. I was expecting the entire amount but unfortunately received a claim amount of rs. 66, 970 for which i am not satisfied at all. Need remaining rs. 28, 030 at the earliest.

May i also know the reason of deduction? Below are the details of claim numbers.
