New India Assurance — online renewal of policy unsuccessful but payment is successful

I am bhavna singh, while renewing my motor policy
Yesterday against quote no.[protected]
And order id prtl4083692 my account got debited with rs.16246.00 but i didnt got the policy document.
I need to renew it urgently before due date.

Kindly help at the earliest since due date of renewal is 16.10.2019.
The showroom guys are constantly to renew through which i do not wish.
