This is aakash, my mobile was drowned on 29th august 2017 and i had registered a claim for that with quick heel. I did all my formalities within 15-20 days. And from last 20-45 days i am continuously following up with the team for refund of payments i. E rs.8, 200/- which they agreed upon to give. From so many days they are telling that we have already sent the payment to insurance company and it will be done. I am fed up listening to the same from so many times. Pls guide me for the same
