Manipal hospitals, vijayawada has'nt received payment for treatment of mr. Sambasiva rao. Ch policy#: 990000341704000000082. Treatment done during june'18 to aug'18 worth rs.6, 00, 000/-.

No reply from e-meditek or from new india. As this is a corporate policy and after various follow up to cboii large broking office mumbai there was no response from their end.

Request to sort this issue immediately.
