I want a resolution for my problem regarding getting my payment for car insurance claim with new india assurance. I am not getting proper response from there customer care and in there claim related customer care number no one picking the call.
Our car ford aspire met with an accident 23/05/2018 and same has been informed to insurance company post taking vehicle to ford, kolkata. And we have paid for the amount in service center as new india assurance informed that the insurance is cashless, so we claimed for reimbursement. But for more than three months now, we didn't received the payment and while calling customer care, they told that the claim is registered and further clarifications only can be provided by claim center. We tried reaching claim cell on[protected]Our insurance is taken from chennai) multiple times and no one picking call. Now we don't know the what is happening with our reimbursement and we are really not having any updates from the new india assurance company.
Moving to their 100 years of service as an insurer, this is really disappointing to us as customer. Kindly help us on this issue and help us receiving the claim amount. Was this information helpful? |
