New India Assurance — policy not received in spite of online payment

I have online renewed my existing policy[protected].
Quote for renewal [protected].
Amount: 909/- including gst
Client code: prtl1280164
Nacl_ref: lsbi[protected]
Bank ref. No. (Sbi): igacxsmff2
Payment successful on 16 february 2018 at 11.11 ist

I have e mailed the online receipt copy of sbi about payment confirmation to tech. [protected]@newindia.co.in & to customercare. [protected]@newindia.co.in & also spoke to their call center at least 10 times so far.

However, i have not received the copy of new policy neither it is available online.
Kindly send me the scanned copy of the policy on e mail & courier the original one to my mailing address.
