This has ref. To my duster online policy claim, submitted bills after survey and confirmation to go ahead for repairing to kamani centre office - jamshedpur on 19th july 2018 to the concerned person and till now no response or payment transferred to my account. Meet 3-4 times with bm (Mr. Singh) & mr. R pandey, they are just making excuses of shortage of manpower and gives time i. E., within 2 days we will do. It's more than a month & no proper response from the insurance office.
I feel it"s due to policy purchased online they are harassing me.
