New India Assurance — Queries regarding accidental claim settlement of car

Dear sir/madam, ( Attachment : policy insurance certificate)

I Would like to inform you that my car ( Vehicle No.--UP32JY4622) was damaged due to accident on 21.06.2021 at 10.00 a.m. at lakhperabagh, barabanki .
Car was damaged from 3 sides majorly, and one side minor scratch. Company surveyor visited Maruti service centre( safedabad, barabanki) and only two side claim was approved by him, however one side (dent car on left side) insurance claim was left out.
In telephonic conversation, surveyor of your company and maruti service center staff informed to me that in a single accident and insurance claim one time, three sides accidental claim can not be settled and in next policy renewal the left out damaged part would be managed in claim of renewed insurance policy. In view of this, kindly reply the following point wise:

1) What is the policy/rule/guideline of the your company( in compliance of IRDA guidelines) for the issue as I have mentioned above.

2) Kindly provide me the copy of clause /guideline of the company under which my car insurance claim was settled during the visit of surveyor. Kindly provide me your procedure in details.

3) If my car is damaged from three side in a single accident, why company will settle only two side insurance claim? Although it was happened in a single accident. Under which guideline your company follow the settled procedure which was done for my car.

4) Kindly furnish relevant OMbudsman approaching procedure, in case of dissatisfaction of the customer.
