Hi team,
This is with regards to the new india assurance car insurance policy booking made on 6th sept 2020 via policy bazaar with reference to booking id:[protected]. I paid rs.13294 via hsbc credit card and was informed to complete video inspection immediately. But the inspection was rejected on 07th sept 2020 at insurer's end stating some reasons and i informed policy bazaar team to proceed with cancellation of the booking and initiate the refund. But its been a week, the refund has not been initiated either by policy bazaar team or new india insurance team. No one is ready to give any acknowledgment towards the initiation of the refund and they keep delaying the processing of the refund amount.
Whenever i call the policy bazaar customer care, they just say that i will be getting the refund within 7 business days and till today which is 15th sept, the refund has not been initiated.
For your reference, i have attached the refund status image from policy bazaar customer login portal.
Please help me get the refund amount asap.
