I am submitted all claim related reimbursement documents dated 3rd Nov 2016.
I tracking online for claim status, till date claim is in process.
Dated 16.12.2016, I called Medi Assist customer care number, She said Internal clarification of Insurance company and Medi Assist is pending, Medi Assist Team already sent email to insurance company regarding this, after confirmation received by Insurance company claim will clear.
After that Insurance company said this is pregnancy related issue not covered in policy so after remark receive by RO meeting then will process, But 99% not approved.
My concern is after long time follow up then insurance company said me this things my question is following.
1. If this thing not covered in policy so why accepted claim documents?
2. after that why send me msg - Claim - IN Process, also remark on query food charges not include.
3. after I called customer care of Medi assist then i know this things, then insurance company update me.
4. This is insurance company responsibility update customer all things time to time. if not possible clear it immediately.
I make future planning for insurance amount, give PDC cheque for some relatives depend on policy amount. if insurance company clear me immediately i manage it who is responsible that.
Plz see this matter, i am very disappointed New India Assurance services.
