New India Assurance — regarding pending claim of my vehicle

Address: Ambala Road < Kaithal, Kaithal, Haryana, 136027

Claim for vehicle no. Hr-06m-9111 vide policy number[protected] is still pending whereas it has been filed in the month of august 2018,. This claim is for the total loss of the vehicle. Survey report already submitted. I could not understand as to why it is still pending whereas all the required documents already been submitted. I have also contacted to the officials of branch and also in the area office situated at karnal but all in vain.
