I claimed for reimbursement of health check for b. Jagannathan-self and janaki jagannathan-spouse. Both the bunch of claim forms along with all attachments such as blood report /doctor consultation etc tagged in two different bunches, and put in one envelope and posted through speed post on15/11/2017 vide their no. Et[protected]in. The india post dept very promptly send me sms on 17/11/2017 that the said letter was delivered to your bangalore office. (Here it may kindly be noted that though i am residing at chennai and renewed my individual medi claim policy at chennai, the vidal healthtpa bangalore address is appearing in the said renewed policy document, and hence i sent the claim forms of both o[censored]s to the bangalore office address). Your bangalore office confirmed that they have received both the claim of mine and my spouse through one packet only and then they redirected to vedal chennai office on the same day in the same envelope itself, since the policy was issued by your chennai office. On several enquiries, i, was informed that my spouse “janaki jagannathan” claim has been approved for rs.2000/- on 23/11/2017. Further stated that there is no status on my reimbursement claim. Your customer care executives named m/s. Priya, vidya, priyanka, geetha etc on different dates asked me to go to the bangalore vidal office and get the pod from them with regard to redirecting my claim forms to the chennai office. Whereas your bangalore customer care executives posted at bangalore toll free number asking me to go to the chennai office and resolve the claim since they have no role to play in this regard claiming that they quickly acted on my claim by redirecting the claim forms to chennai to act upon. Thus your representatives posted at bangalore and chennai through their customer care executives posted at toll free service shuttle me between post to pillar in between chennai office and bangalore office for the last 15 days without any fruitful solution to my claim. It may kindly be denoted that even the approved amount of rs.2000/- against my spouse”s reimbursement also not credited to my bank account so far. Even your executives ms geetha, priyanka to quote a few of them behaved inhumanly and in an unpleasant manner, but could not fulfil their official duty to find any solution on the subject matter. To day 20th nov, 2017 mm. Vidya had advised me to come all the way to chennai vidal office t. Nagar from tambaram my residence which is 25km distance at my 73 years of age to sort out the issue. This is to surprise that how the chennai office claim dealer had picked up the reimbursement form of my spouse only leaving my claim form. Both the claim forms were in one envelope itself. If by chance or mistake had the bangalore office missed my claim form then on my complaint your chennai office should take necessary initiative at their end to pursue your bangalore office and get my claim form and resolve the issue. On the contrary asking me to chase it from bangalore office/chennai office is not fair on the part of the prestigious vidal company. The irresponsible executives posted at bangalore/chennai vidal healthtpa are thus causing mental torture to this senior citizen for no fault on the part of the patient named b. Jagannathan office.
