I have raised insurance renewal for my bike (Honda activa) for the year 2018-19 through your website new india assurance on 2nd april 2018. After every process, the renewal was accepted and insurance was done and the amount was debited from my account. But, the pdf of the insurance could not be generated.

Should i apply for insurance again. Will i get my money back.

Dear concerned
My claim is still pending which intimated on 25 Jan 2018 policy no[protected] . Kindly see the matter and do the needful ASAP.Otherwise I ll knock the door of consumer court.
