I don"know why my complaint seems to be shorter. All details i have given are enough i think. I have paid renewal premium for both of my vehicles. The data are as follows.

Car :-proposal no : r/332701/31/2016/9407
Transaction id :gsbi [protected]
These were paid long back. No policy or no communication so far. Kindly help
