New India Assurance — Taking money multiple times by giving single policy having one year policy period.

There is something wrong with your policy.I have purchased policy via policy bazar.com for my bike for 3 years .During purchase of policy PA cover is for 1 year.Same thing escalated to customer care of The New India Assurance Co.LTD.But nobody bother this issues and giving a contact no of [protected].I have tried a lot to contact this no, But nobody picking till now.
