Little did we know that when buying a car we can choose insurance provider ourselves else we would have checked some reviews online. Anyway we did the mistake in ignorance and we are paying the price of it now.

I met with an accident in nangli, haryana on 4-may-2017 and the car was towed to deep hyundai nangli on same date. Today on 27-may we received a curtain raiser when on asked to pickup our repaired car we receive the shocks which were unheard in today’s competitive times. Attached are the pictures for your review.
- the hinge pillar is misaligned so the service team inserted a wooden block, some putty and fixed the door as if it’s a toy car and not creta worth 15 lakhs.. We are wondering if new india surveyor named saneev khanna is in tie up with deep hyundai as when we called well in advance to have a look at the car, he simply denied saying it is no more his responsibility.
- the glove box is misaligned but to the deep hyundai staff this 3cm will not hamper my car usability and i should accept it... Obiously surveyor thinks its not his work anymore.
- the left side door after repair have a 2cm opening as shown in picture and again to deep hyundai they cannot correct it as they do not have surveyor’s approval and the new india assurance’s approval for same.. We are wondering what did they charge all the money for.
- here is the icing on the cake, the deep hyundai people wanted to deliver the car the new rim and tyre changed in insurance as two separate units and they asked us to get the tyre matched to the rim outside since they do not have machine for it.. Imagine the odesity of a service center.
All this is today’s story and the old drama has to be refreshed to you guys:
- 4-may accident and towed to center
- 11-may survey was done after numerous calls and emails eventually reaching to grievance cell
- 12-may we get a call where deep hyndai says x, y and z is not approved by surveyor and we traveled 40km to the accident site taking pictures of the location to show to the surveyor and then he agreed to survey and approve the repair of left front door which was the major part damaged besides the wheel, rim and its parts
- for last one week strating 21-may deep hyundai has been delaying although all parts per them were available… obviously it will be as the pictures show they did all temporary measures and nothing has been repaired to cars and occupants safety.
We would want you to kindly review the pictures the facts and suggest if we need to give up the hope of getting our car back in safely drivable position or are we to bear the brunt of clash between new india assurance and deep hyundai nangli.
