New India Assurance — theft claim not settled even after three years.

My maruti alto car with registration number as05b0056 and insurance policy number[protected] was stolen on 24/07/2014. Theft claim was done in the mini branch, golaghat, new india assurance co. Ltd. But even after three years of claim it has not been settled which totally dissatisfied me. No information/communication regarding the matter received till date. Waiting for a positive response.
