New India Assurance — total loss car insurance claim are not settle for 3 months and 20 days

New india assurance do. 6 policy no.[protected] period 17.11.2017 to 16.11.2018 hyundai / i 20 car no. Gj 01 kc 5751, car accident in jaipur, car already totally damage, and surveyor deiced car are not repair, and report to new india ansurance company, but claim are not settel after 3 months and 20 days, and after revise second opinion to surveyor and time vest of comapny and client are not happy pls.
