New India Assurance — Unable to download my policy document from the website

I was trying to download my Two wheeler insurance policy document from the website, but after attempting many times to reach the website on "www.newindia.co.in" and "www.online.newindia.co.in" it always show "can't reach the website". Please fix this with your website, it always doesn't work when we are in hurry for something on the website.
