New India Assurance — unsettled issue for car insurance claim and not providing surveyor report

Dear sir/mam
I am writing to complain about my car insurance claim. I bought a car (Scorpio s6 plus) in jan 2017 that time i have done insurance of my car from new india assurance company ltd and in oct 2017 our car had an accident (The body of car from front got smashed). When the accident took place we immediately contacted the customer support and gave them all information related to it and next day they came and took our car to their workshop.in jan 2018 they repaired our car so we went to their workshop and then we get to know that we have to pay 2 lakh rupees for it and when we ask them for what then they said that the person who has done surveyor from the company side make those charges then we had a conversation with their manager and he told that you don’t have to pay that much under this policy you just have to pay 4% which is around 28000/- or less than that and he also sent a mail to the company regarding that survey which has wrongly done and next week when we went there then we get to know that they also had a dispute between workshop and the insurance company (Both are putting allegation on each other surveyor said workshop has changed the undamaged parts and at the other side they were protecting themselves by saying that they changed only damaged parts) there is a dispute between them and they are not paying attention towards our matter not even interested to listen us and insurance company is demanding us to pay 2 lakh which is a huge amount and instead of it when we asked them for report or bill regarding the money which we have to pay then they denied. I am sure that your surveyor made a mistake somewhere. I would like you to investigate this matter and pay the claim.
