New India Assurance — very large deduction (37 %) of claim payment

Policy no. : 230300/34/16/01/00004925, claim id : mdi3671499, grievance case no.[protected]. Claim lodge amount rs.28080. Deduction amount rs.10295. (Balanced sum insured before claim - rs.144000.00)
We are highly disappointed regarding very large amount of deduction (37 %) of claim lodge. As we are agree for reduction of room charges but other then that reduction amount is not acceptable. (As per mail recd. From [protected]@mdindia.com) & referring your website.
We are requesting as a super senior citizen you kindly pl. Review deduction amount & give us as much as possible claim amount.

I claim on 17.01.2018, but still not any of step followed. Surveior is not doing seriously and when asking to branch office rewari then office person say after surveior dilip we can do Ny thing. I am very disappointed please discuss where is gap.

This is to inform you that for the last 6 month I am straggling to get my payment against CLAIM NO:[protected]Mobile Insurance - Vodafone - Red Shield)

Please Update me ASAP otherwise I will have to approach Consumer Court.

I have purchased Helth Policy 4 years ago and I am regularly renewing same but i this renewal company has provided me wrong Identification card. I have complained to same TPA agency baroda, gujarat but still not resolved.

If get any emergency than who will be responsible for this mistake.
