Newme — Not refunding

I placed order 63338 on newme on 3 december 22 through simpl pay in 3 emi. But as joggers had fitting issue i asked the to exchange with size or refund. The return pick up was successful. But i didnt recieve refund nor exchange. Hence i mailed them to know the status if they are exchanging or refunding. They said that i will recieve payment link for refund. Which i didnt recieved. I emailed them thrice as 2nd installment of emi was due on 5 jan 23. Everytime they replied than refund will initiate in 24 hours. Till date theyve not refunded. Yesterday also i reminded them on whatsapp that my 2nd emi is due today and what am i supposed to do. Should i pay 2nd emi. Yesterday they told me to wait and i will get refund by end of the day. Day ended but still no refund. Today if i dont pay 2nd emi, i will have to bear simpl late fee. Because newme has not refunded in time, im facing this situation. Bad experience from newme.
