BELOW IS A SNAPSHOT OF A FEW MAILS THAT I HAD COMMUNICATED TO NEXTRA WITHIN ONE MONTH OF INSTALLATION OF MY INTERNET FROM THIS PROVIDER.
FROM THE 2ND DAY ITSELF THE INTERNET BROKEDOWN AND DID NOT WORK FOR ATLEAST 15 DAYS OF THE ENTIRE MONTH, THEY HAD CHARGED THE COMPLETE AMOUNT FOR THE MONTH PREPAID ITSELF DESPITE OF ALL THIS THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT PAID TO THEM.
LICENSE OF THIS PROVIDER MUST BE CANCELLED FOR FRAUDULENT MALPRACTICES BEING DONE TO THE CONSUMER.

WITH ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT A WEEK OLD CONNECTION OF MINE HAS BROKEN DOWN TWO TIMES.
ONCE PREVIOUSLY AND CURRENTLY SINCE YESTERDAY THE INTERNET IS NOT WORKING AT ALL,
YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HAVE NO CLUE AT ALL ONLY THEY SAY ITS A TECHNICAL ISSUE.
I HAD INSTALLED NEXTRA FOR ITS SERVICES BUT IT SEEMS YOUR ARE THE WORST. IF SUCH OUR THE SERVICES THEN THERE IS NO POINT CONTINUING WITH YOU, YOU HAVE TO EITHER COMPENSATE ME FOR THE LOST DAYS OR I AM NOT INTERESTED IN SUCH SERVICES.
I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY AMOUNT PAID TO YOU.
