The owners of Vasanth Apartments, bearing Door No.4, T.T.Mathew Road, Chennai-58, situated at the junction of the Underpass which connects the Service Roads running parallel to the Chennai Bypass Road, at Mogappair West and Athipet East, respectively, have encroached nearly 1/4th of the breath of the Service Road; in collusion and connivance with the authorities of the Corporation of Chennai as well as the authorities of the City Road Division of the Department of Highways. This encroachment has caused a Bottle-neck for the vehicular traffic of the Service Road. Necessary steps may please be taken to restore the encroachment and clear the Bottle-neck, posing threat to the life of the users of the Service Road, immediately, in the larger interest of the public; under intimation to me.
