NHAI — Illegal Charge being charged as Toll Tax

NHAI seems responsible for the road-mishaps as they are putting "CRIMINALS" on the toll-tax collection.(Fowl, unprofessional, threatening and menacing language as well as acts accordingly).
When collecting the toll tax :they are menacing and harassing the passengers and threatening them. Anyone is to hear about?

NHAI is really 'alike' a gang of gangsters demanding ransom, because I see the GOONS as a lot of authority vested in.

I think- NHAI gives these criminals the power for purposeful atrocities and treating the vehicle-owners with the trouble.

NHAI is solely responsible for the road harassment by these GOONS because they have hired the 'LICENCED' "CRIMINALS".

I want the response from NHAI for this "OFFICIO-CRIMINAL NEXUS".

Even though the toll-charge paid, again we are asked for forcibly caused to pay so. "NHAI GOONS" are intolerable. Reply ASAP !
