Sir I am an exserviceman from trichy tamilnadu who underwent a by pass surgery and travelling to chennai from trichy by road and showing I CARD and orders from Highways and minor ports( HV1) ltr no.16188/HV2/2010-1dated 18.10 .2010 and Nhai ltr.no. NHAI/CMU/GMA/off/Exempt/Toll Tax dated17.11.06 is allowed to cross the toll booth without paying the tax but now they are not allowed any ex defence personal without paying the toll tax .kindly clarify the the why we exserviceman are now not allowed it is against order and injustice to the exserviceman .kindly take necessary steps to effect the order for the welfare of ex defence personal.
