NHAI — Poor Road conditions in spite of High toll charges

I was travelling from Pune to Karad on 21st June 2015 and was horrified to see the pathetic conditions of the roads on either way. M/s. PS Toll Road Pvt. Ltd. charges respectively Rs. 120 & Rs. 85 for Khed Shivapur and Anewadi toll plaza. But they have not at all maintained the roads. There are so many potholes that sometimes our internal roads seems to be better. It is dangerous and my cause fatal accidents. One of my friends already met with an accident on that road few days ago. (He is taking rest now). Although they display the customer care number, nobody seems to be interested in listening to our grievances. I have registered complaint (no.1582 dated 21/6/15) at Anewadi Toll Plaza. Hope it works. Although I wanted to register complain at Khed Shivapur, I skipped that due to time constraints. Please look into the matter urgently.
