NHAI — Unsafe labour contract on highway

Dear Sir, Through this I am going to complaint you on the incident happened on 01.01.2016 around 10:00AM on NH-13 2Km before Kustagi, I am travelling from Bijapur to Bangalore on this day, by the way there is a maintenance activity of grass cutting being done in the centre of high way (where the flower trees are put) without any cautionary measure, stone through by the machine of grass cutting machine got hit to my car, front wind shield glass got crack, luckily no human hazard happen on that day. It is purely because o[censored]nsafe working on highway without any cautions. The front wind shield cost (Hyundai Xcent) is 8000 to 10000, but the contractor is forced me to take Rs4000/ on that day, my concern is not only the compensation, also to bring it to your notice.
