[Resolved]  Niki — electricity bill payment not credited to msedcl

Hi team,

My electricity bill payment (Rs. 460) for november-2019 is not credited to electricity department though payment is successful from my side. Current bill (December-2019) is not showing that amount.

I have paid through niki using paypal transaction method. Amount had already deducted from my account. Please find the attached screenshots for order & transaction details.

Request you to please look into this on high priority & credit my payment to electricity department.
