[Resolved]  Niki — gift card not received

I have bought gift card on 26 aug worth 500 they told me to deliver the gift card in 2 days but but they haven't deliver even on 28 aug. I have mailed them several times but they are not solving my problem.
Alway they told me to wait.
They are not working on my complaint and now as the gift card is useless for me i want my refund of 500. Otherwise they provide gift card instantly...
