Made an order worth 9000 rs in April and still haven’t received it. When I ordered they had said they would send it within one week and then proceeded to put it off till last month which is when they said they dispatched it but it’s going back to them because of incorrect address. I checked the address which was correct but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and added 2 more contact numbers. Yesterday when I called they said it had been re dispatched but today they said that it wasn’t and that they will have to make the product again as when they got it back they have products missing and damaged. Also the customer service was very rude even though we were only showing our frustrations of waiting for 7 months. Extremely disappointed, don’t know what to do. Was this information helpful? |
