I placed an order on their website on June 09, 2024 for Rs 5247. They have not delivered the product even after 4.5 months. I have reached out to them multiple times through emails and instagram. Either no response or they blatantly lie to you and they are extremely rude. After multiple followups they told me they attempted delivery multiple times and that they called me, which I never received. So I asked them for tracking ID and AWB no. WHich was followed by no response.
From the multiple complaints here, it is very evident that they do it to everyone. Scamming customers who have paid full amount. They do not even have an address, which makes it difficult to submit a consumer complaint. Was this information helpful? |
