Have placed an order for two salwar suits amounting of Rs. 9198 (total) in the month of April 2022 from Instagram account “Nirbani” and i had already paid the total amount in advanced . Until now, they haven’t delivered and after tremendous follow ups and listening to all the excuses, they haven’t delivered me my bought items or has refunded me my money.
