Hi, my name is Pooja and I travel from Dombivli to Mahape every day by NMMT bus. I would like to bring to the notice of NMMT that there is severe lack of discipline at the NMMT bus stop. Where people stand in long queue waiting for buses, there are some people who do not stand in queue and directly get into the bus from the front door. Despite complaining to the driver and conductor regarding not allowing people to do so, no action has been taken. It is my personal suggestion that even if the conductor stands at the front door and doesnt let people in, the problem would be solved.
Another complaint that I would like to make to NMMT is that the frequency of buses is very less. Since I work at MBP, I require the bus no.42 which hardly comes on time. I request NMMT to increase the frequency of the buses.
Apart from this, the condition of the buses is often not good and many a times, the buses get stopped midway and passengers have to get into another following buses which causes too much of crowd. Was this information helpful? |
